In this uncovered plot of land we store totally finished pieces (welded pieces), especially chassis and boxes. In a way, the trailers are already made except their assembly.
During the pre-campaign months we can store there until 1000 chassis and boxes, so that we can make deliveries in time during the campaign.
Another detail concerning the manufacturing system is that the manufacturing of each model or frame type is a mass production. This means that if we manufacture 60 units of the 16 t models, we make in one go all of them, so we can assure us they are the same (we make them at the same time and with the same welding manner by means of the robot).
We don’t make the trailer once sold. We prepare all the vehicle components and when the trailer is sold, we just assembly it.
